The book has reached Europe too. A great read and a great source of inspiration for brewing sour beers.
No global book tour could be complete without a stopover in Nashville. Hopefully you'll be able to bring the American Sour Beers stage show to the land of hot chicken and honky tonk sometime in the near future. Cheers!
Eugene OR. Contact Matt Van Wyk at Oakshire, they would probably love to host you.
Seattle? Maybe at Elysian in time for the Pumpkin beer festival?
I love the book. So many techniques and ideas to try out!
That would be awesome.
