This certainly isn't going to turn into a general recipe blog, but I'll try to occasionally post something interesting that I cook. I make all sorts of different things, but not much in the way of desserts.

I come here for the beer talk and stay here for the interesting food talk. The duck prosciutto, cheese, etc posts are very interesting and fun reads. That being said- I always get a kick out of your brewing post, tasting post, etc.
