Not too bad, actually more than I was expecting. Glad to hear some people are trying out the recipes. If you try a recipe post a comment with your results (good or bad) to let other people know how it turned out, or any suggestions you would make.

I brewed your no-boil Berliner weiss, and added, several pounds of blackberries. I got a horribly stuck mash, because I added my pasteurized blackberry puree to my sparge water in an effort of filter out the seeds. Instead i just gummed up my grain bed.
Despite having to practically stir the grain bed to get any runoff this beer still turned out excellent fresh, sour, and seltzery (but very, very cloudy). Keep up the creative brewing!
